Job Title KidStrong Lead Coach
Center: St Johns
Reports To: General Manager / Assistant General Manager

Like a Pro Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and develop character for kids walking to 11 years old

Master of Curriculum Understand the magic behind KidStrongs programs and communicate it with flair

Be the Best Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills like youre in a video game with our stellar training programs

Family Friend Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class -- youre the reason they love KidStrong

Class Commander Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time. No tardy bells here
Leadership Duties

Slack Savvy Keep the team connected and in the loop. Channel your inner tech wizard

Scheduler Extraordinaire Assist in creating and communicating Coach schedules

Family Connector Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong. Think of yourself as the social glue that keeps everyone together
Center Operations

Acting GM/AGM Step up and lead the center when the GM and AGM are away

KPI Guru Understand what makes our center tick and help maximize performance

Event Enthusiast Assist in community events and center initiatives. Party planner meets motivational speaker

Clean & Green Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our awesome center. Cleanliness is next to awesomeness

Coaching Background Experience with kids aged 2 - 11 years old. If youve coached a herd of cats, youre overqualified and also why did you do that?

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals.
